Terms & Conditions

The details behind your experience.

These terms explain what we each agree to when you book with Olouioo.

Effective date: 30 September 2026

1. Who you are booking with

You are booking with Olouioo, ABN 61 325 309 755. Contact us at info@olouioo.com.au. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity; “you” means the customer named in the booking.

2. Your agreement

Your agreement comprises the accepted booking confirmation or quote, these Terms & Conditions, the Booking & Cancellation Policy and the Delivery & Service Area Policy supplied before acceptance. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Specific written terms expressly agreed for your event take priority over general descriptions to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law. Your statutory rights always remain unaffected.

We will make the applicable terms available before you commit to payment. Later website changes do not retrospectively change an existing booking without agreement or a lawful basis.

3. Booking information and acceptance

Provide accurate contact, venue, date and selection information. The person making the booking must have authority to agree on behalf of the named customer or organisation.

All quotes are valid for seven calendar days from the date of issue, with the expiry date stated on the quote. Acceptance and the required payment must be received before expiry. Expired quotes must be reissued, and pricing and availability may change. Neither an enquiry nor an unaccepted quote reserves your date or services. Online bookings are confirmed once payment is completed through our website. Enquiry bookings require our written acceptance and the required payment.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in Australian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and unavoidable charges are included in or disclosed with the total before acceptance, as required by law.

Enquiry bookings require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due seven calendar days before the event. Enquiry bookings accepted within that period require full payment on acceptance. Online bookings require full payment at checkout.

Accepted additions, extensions or scope changes may be invoiced separately. We will explain the charge and obtain agreement before supplying additional paid work. The Booking & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, overdue balances and refunds.

5. Included services and quantities

Your confirmation specifies the experience, equipment, styling, drinks, quantities, selected materials, staffing and service period. A guest number does not promise unlimited drinks. Multiple flavour selections do not increase the total number of drinks unless the booking expressly includes additional quantities.

Images illustrate the presentation. They do not add unlisted items to your booking. We will seek agreement for a material substitution affecting appearance, quality, quantity or function and discuss an appropriate solution if you do not accept it. We will not use a general substitution clause to remove an essential feature you paid for.

6. Custom and branded work

For custom artwork, menus or branded activations, we may provide a proof for approval. Check spelling, names, logos, dates, colours and dimensions before approving it. Production begins according to the agreed schedule.

You confirm that you have permission to supply and use customer-provided artwork. Requests to change an approved design may incur reasonable, disclosed rework costs. We remain responsible for our own errors and for supplying work that matches the agreed specification.

7. Venue and event responsibilities

Provide suitable access, permission to operate, a safe installation location and any utilities specified in the booking. Tell us about venue rules and relevant restrictions before acceptance.

We may pause work where reasonably necessary to address a safety risk. We will explain the concern and allow a practical opportunity to resolve it where possible. Any cancellation or charge must be fair and assessed in light of responsibility for the issue and applicable law.

8. Food, ingredients and dietary requirements

Tell us about relevant allergies or dietary requirements before confirming your selections. We will explain what we can accommodate and any known cross-contact limitations. Do not assume that a drink is allergen-free because an ingredient is not visible or included in its name.

We will provide available ingredient and allergen information on request. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly confirmed. This does not exclude our food-safety obligations or responsibility for inaccurate information.

For self-serve experiences, follow the handling, storage and service instructions provided. Where safe handling requires refrigeration, supervision or disposal after a stated period, those instructions form part of the handover.

9. Hired equipment

Hired equipment remains the property of Olouioo or its supplier and must be available for collection as agreed. It must not be sold, sub-hired, altered or relocated without permission.

Take reasonable care while items are in your custody. You may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for loss or damage caused by your breach, negligence or misuse, including misuse by people you permit to handle the items where legally attributable to you.

We will provide details and supporting evidence of a claim. Charges will reflect the circumstances, the item's age and condition and any available repair, rather than automatically charging for a new replacement. You are not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage or loss caused by our acts or omissions. No security bond is implied unless separately disclosed and agreed.

10. Event photography and intellectual property

Our website content, branding and original designs remain owned by us or their respective owners. Booking an experience does not transfer intellectual property rights unless separately agreed.

Permission to use identifiable customer or guest images for promotional purposes is separate from accepting these terms. We will seek appropriate permission and explain the intended use. A booking is not blanket consent to publish private event images.

11. Service concerns and complaints

Tell the onsite team or contact info@olouioo.com.au if something is wrong so we have an opportunity to respond promptly. Include your booking reference, a description and supporting details where available.

Prompt notice helps us investigate and remedy the issue; failure to report an issue on the event day does not extinguish a statutory claim. We will explain our proposed resolution and any further information needed. You may also seek assistance from the relevant consumer authority or tribunal.

12. Consumer guarantees and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We remain responsible for obligations imposed by law, including reasonable care and skill in providing services. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of liability for our negligence or require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.

13. Events outside reasonable control

If an event outside reasonable control affects either party's ability to perform, the affected party should notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to limit the impact. We will discuss alternatives, timing and any lawful cancellation arrangements.

Refunds and retained costs will be assessed under the applicable contract and law. This clause does not automatically excuse all performance or allow retention of all payments.

14. Applicable law and changes

These terms are intended for bookings in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply elsewhere. They do not prevent you from exercising rights in a court or tribunal available to you by law.

We may update these terms for future bookings. The version provided when your booking was accepted continues to apply to that booking unless a change is mutually agreed or required by law.
