Delivery & Service Area
A considered arrival. A seamless setup.
Delivery, access and collection are planned around your venue and confirmed experience.
1. Where we deliver
We provide event delivery and setup in Sydney and surrounding areas, subject to confirmation for your venue. Availability depends on your address, event date, selected experience and venue access. For locations outside our usual service area, request a quote before booking.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm that a venue is within our delivery coverage. Your accepted quote or checkout confirmation will show the agreed location and delivery charge.
2. Delivery charges
Applicable delivery fees are disclosed before you pay. Fees may depend on distance, travel requirements, access, equipment and the service selected. We confirm the applicable delivery fee for your venue before you commit to a booking.
Consumer-facing totals include applicable GST and unavoidable charges. Where a charge cannot be calculated until we receive venue details, we will explain the basis and confirm the amount before booking acceptance.
Any free-delivery offer applies only under its stated conditions. An upgrade added to an existing delivery does not automatically require a second delivery fee; a separate trip must be disclosed and agreed.
3. What your delivery includes
Your confirmation identifies whether delivery, placement, styling, setup, pack-down and collection are included. Only the items and services listed in your accepted booking are included.
Self-serve bookings do not include an attendant remaining onsite unless expressly listed. Hosted bookings include the staffing and service period shown in the confirmation. Neither description implies unlimited drinks, unlimited service time or additional furniture.
4. Setup and collection times
Your service start time, hire period, setup access window and collection arrangements are recorded separately. Setup and pack-down time do not extend the guest service period unless expressly agreed.
The venue must be accessible during the agreed setup and collection windows. Tell us about ceremony restrictions, noise limits, loading times and venue closing times before confirmation.
5. Access information we need
Please provide the full address, venue name, onsite contact and any relevant access instructions. Tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow entrances, uneven surfaces, long carrying distances, parking limitations and loading-dock bookings.
We may request measurements or photographs to check access. You are responsible for obtaining permission for the installation and communicating venue requirements. We remain responsible for carrying out our work with reasonable care and skill.
If previously undisclosed access conditions materially change the work, we will discuss a practical solution and any reasonable additional cost before proceeding where possible. We do not apply unspecified automatic surcharges.
6. Outdoor events and weather
Outdoor setups require a suitable, stable surface and protection appropriate to the equipment, drinks and weather. Tell us that your event is outdoors when booking and arrange an agreed sheltered alternative where required.
We may pause or decline an unsafe setup, explaining the reason and discussing alternatives. Rain, wind, heat or other weather does not automatically determine the refund outcome; the circumstances, responsibility for the issue and applicable law will be considered.
7. Delays and changed venues
Tell us promptly if the address, access window or event schedule changes. A new venue may affect coverage, delivery fees, setup feasibility and timing. Changes require written agreement.
If a delay occurs, we will communicate an updated arrival estimate and work with you to reduce disruption. If our delay materially affects the agreed service, your consumer rights remain available.
Customer- or venue-caused delays may reduce the usable service window where we cannot reasonably extend it. Any extension and its cost must be agreed; it is not automatic.
8. Collection and care of hired items
Keep hired items at the agreed location, in a secure and reasonably accessible condition until collection. Do not move, dismantle or alter an installation without our agreement.
Report missing or damaged items promptly. Responsibility and any charge will be assessed under the Terms & Conditions. Ordinary wear and tear is not treated as customer damage.
