SELF-SERVE REFRESHMENTS
Olouioo Refreshment Station
A styled refreshment table with drinks in dispensers and toppings and garnishes presented for guests to help themselves. We deliver and style the setting; no staff remain on site.

Choose one flavour or a mix, and set the quantity for each. There is a minimum of 10 drinks per selected flavour.
Pour, top and enjoy
Guests pour from the dispensers, then add their chosen toppings and garnishes from the refreshment table. Your selected drinks, drinkware and finishing touches are shown before you add the station.
Add the station while customising an experience, or configure it on its own. Add another station from your cart when you need a second refreshment point.

How it works
Build each service around your event, then review everything together in your cart.
Choose your experience
Open a Self-Serve or Hosted service and select the guest count or number of drinks, drink flavours and presentation options available for that service.
Add your event details
Enter your date, start time and venue. Choose hire duration here within the service. Setup and pack-down take place outside the active hire period.
Complete the setting
Add styling extras or an Olouioo Refreshment Station. Select water, signature drinks or both, along with quantities, drinkware and finishing touches. You can add more than one station; each keeps its own selections.
Review and pay online
Add your selections to the cart, review your services and stations, then continue to checkout. Check GST and delivery before paying. Our team will contact you to coordinate the event details.
Guests and drink quantities
Choose these on your service’s booking page. If you need a different count, return to the service and choose an available package. Contact us for a count outside the listed options.
Hire duration
Choose duration in Event details on each service. In the cart, use Edit duration for an existing service. Hire time is part of that service’s booking.
