Do you serve alcohol?
No. Olouioo is alcohol-free by design. We do not serve or handle alcohol.
What is the difference between Self-Serve and Hosted?
Self-Serve is delivered and styled for guests to help themselves; no staff remain on site. Hosted includes our team to serve your selected drinks.
Which experiences can I book?
Explore La Coupe and the Signature Coupe Tower under Self-Serve, or L’Or under Hosted. La Table is also available through its product page. Atelier and Bespoke are planned by enquiry. Each experience has its own inclusions and options.
How far ahead should I book?
Standard Self-Serve orders require at least 10 days’ lead time. Bespoke small-format work requires at least 21 days. For Hosted and custom experiences, enquire as early as possible, especially for peak dates.
Booking and pricing
How does payment work?
Self-Serve and Hosted packages use the online payment process. The 50% deposit arrangement applies only to enquiry-only Atelier and Bespoke bookings; the proposal sets out the remaining payment schedule.
When is my date confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once you book and pay through our website. A dedicated Olouioo team member will contact you directly to go through your event details and make sure everything is right for you.
What drinks are included?
La Coupe includes one welcome drink per selected guest. La Table includes eight drinks, eight plates in your selected style, cutlery, napkins and water glasses per table. The Signature Coupe Tower includes one drink per selected guest. Hosted L’Or includes three prepared drinks per guest across your selected menu: 105 drinks for 35 guests. Extra hire time does not increase the drink allowance.
Which drinkware can I choose?
La Coupe and the Tower use Glass coupe drinkware. La Table and L’Or offer Glass or Premium acrylic for drinks. La Table plates are available in your selected style.
Are GST and delivery included?
Package prices are in AUD, excluding GST and delivery unless expressly stated. Review applicable taxes at checkout and confirm the logistics fee for your venue.
Delivery and service
Where do you deliver?
We deliver from Bardia or Sydney CBD. Logistics fees, excluding GST, are A$450 up to 15 km, A$650 over 15 km to 30 km and A$950 over 30 km to 50 km. Venues beyond 50 km require a quote. Free-delivery eligibility starts at A$6,000 and is confirmed with your venue route.
What does setup include?
We position and style the setup specified in your package. Setup takes place before the hire or service period, with pack-down and collection afterwards. These arrangements are covered by the applicable logistics scope and fee, confirmed for your venue.
Can someone stay and serve?
Choose Hosted for service by our team. Self-Serve is unstaffed after setup.
Can ingredients change?
Seasonal ingredients may be replaced with an equivalent or better-quality alternative. We will notify you of any material substitution. Tell us about allergy or dietary requirements before ordering.
